1. Introduction

Welcome to Sabi Vendor ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Sabi Vendor app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Eligibility

• Sabi Vendor is intended exclusively for residents of Nigeria.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the app.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately if your account is used without authorization.

4. User Content & Prohibited Items

Users may post listings and content, but certain items are strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic content
• Illegal items or substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Age-restricted items
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content at our discretion. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. User Responsibilities

• Avoid exploiting bugs, bypassing security, or interfering with the app's functionality.

6. Transactions & Communications

• Sabi Vendor connects buyers and sellers but does not guarantee or take responsibility for transactions.
• Users communicate directly and are responsible for any agreements, deliveries, or payments.

7. Data & Privacy

• Your use of Sabi Vendor is governed by our Privacy Policy (effective 1st September 2025).
• By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and software on Sabi Vendor are owned by us or our licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

• Users retain ownership of their posted content.
• By posting content on Sabi Vendor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for operational and promotional purposes.
• Users must have the necessary rights to post their content and ensure it complies with these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
• Users assume all risk when using the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app with the revised effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
